What are your store hours?

Monday through Saturday 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, and Sunday 11:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Do you offer local furniture delivery?

Yes. We offer local drop-off delivery and white-glove delivery with assembly throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area, plus delivery outside the DFW area. Delivery is quick, and the cost depends on your address and the service you choose. In-store pickup is also available.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, and there are two separate programs. The first needs no credit: $49 down gets you approved, with 4 months same as cash. The second is 36, 48 or 60 months at 0% interest on approved credit. Ask in store which fits you best.

Do you offer layaway?

Yes. You can put an order on layaway in store, and online through our Lay-Buy option with a deposit of 10% to 50% and up to 6 months to pay. Your order ships once it is paid in full.

What brands do you carry?

We carry Ashley Furniture, Stearns & Foster, Sealy and Nectar, among others, across living room, bedroom, dining and mattresses.

Do you sell discounted mattresses?

Yes. We carry overstock name-brand mattresses at 50-60% off retail, in addition to our regular mattress lineup.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 10 days. Cancellations are subject to a 25% fee on furniture and 35% on special orders. Mattresses are sold as-is. Returns are not offered on nationwide freight-shipped orders. Full terms are on our Sales & Warranty Policy page.

Yes. Furniture carries a 90-day warranty and mattresses a 60-day warranty. See our Sales & Warranty Policy page for the full details.

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes. We help customers in English, Spanish and Arabic, and our website is available in all three languages.

Do you ship furniture nationwide, including to Florida?

Yes. We ship furniture and mattresses nationwide by freight carrier from our Pantego, Texas showroom, and Florida (Tampa, St. Petersburg, Orlando, Miami and nearby cities) is one of our busiest destinations. Call or text Adam at 682-304-9639 for a freight quote and to place your order. Assembly and returns are not included on nationwide orders.

Cancellations and Refunds

We work quickly to process orders. To help us serve you promptly, cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours of placing your order by contacting The Furniture Studio at (817) 522-4840.

Order Confirmation and Payment

After you place an order, a representative from The Furniture Studio will email you to confirm the details and verify accuracy. Payment will be processed after confirmation or 48 hours after the initial transaction, whichever comes first.

Cancellation Fees

Within 24 hours: Full refund with no cancellation fee. Exceptions apply if the item is already in our warehouse or in transit.
After 24 hours: A non-negotiable 3% payment processing fee applies.
Product in our possession, in transit, or ready for delivery: 75% refund. This covers processing, picking, and handling. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Product not yet ready for delivery: 75% refund if payment has been captured, or 100% refund if payment has not been captured.

Special Orders and Shipped Items

Backordered items: If you choose to wait for a backordered item, your order becomes a non-cancellable special order.
Shipped items: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs may apply.

If We Cannot Meet the Estimated Arrival Time

If an order is canceled because The Furniture Studio cannot meet the estimated time of arrival, and the item is not in transit to our warehouse or your home, a full refund minus the 3% processing fee will be issued.

If the item is already in transit, a 25% cancellation fee applies.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your financial institution.

Ownership and Return of Merchandise

If a refund or chargeback is issued, ownership of the merchandise reverts to The Furniture Studio. You are responsible for returning the item in its original condition and assisting with the return process. Failure to return merchandise may result in legal action.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 10 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility Requirements

Items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging and all accessories.
Items must be unassembled and unmodified.
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting us at info@thefurniturestudio.com.
Items must be returned within 20 days of RMA issuance.

Refunds and Fees

Restocking fee: 25%
Return shipping: Customer responsibility. We can arrange pickup for an estimated fee of $2.50 per pound.
Additional fees: May apply for missing parts, refused deliveries, or invalid addresses.

Refund Conditions

We reserve the right to withhold full refunds if the item has been used, damaged, or altered; returned without original packaging; returned without an RMA number; or damaged during return shipping. For shipping damage, please file a claim with the carrier.
